Shipping & Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 calendar days of delivery for a refund as a store credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), in all other cases, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.
The refund will only include product costs, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your package back to us, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days if shipped back to us), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes to process our refund request as a store credit (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
